By purchasing artwork from Evie I, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

Each piece is created, printed, and/or packed with care and intention. For that reason, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued except in the rare case of transit damage reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at time of purchase. Commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to production, with the balance due upon completion.

3. Copyright & Reproduction

Purchasing the physical artwork does not transfer intellectual property rights. Evie I retains full copyright ownership. The artwork may not be copied, reproduced, licensed, or used commercially in any form without prior written consent.

4. Edition Details

For limited edition works, collectors will receive a signed certificate of authenticity. Evie I reserves the right to reproduce work for archival, marketing, or non-commercial purposes unless otherwise specified.

5. Delivery Terms

Once an order has been marked as delivered—especially when delivered to a third party (e.g., doorman, concierge)—Evie I is no longer liable for loss or damage.

If you need secure hand-to-hand delivery, this must be arranged and paid for separately in advance.

6. Installation Disclaimer

Unless explicitly contracted, installation is the collector’s responsibility. The artist is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or hardware failure.

7. Shipping Damage

If your work arrives damaged in transit, contact Evie I within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging. A replacement or resolution will be discussed at the artist’s discretion.

8. Commissions & Custom Work

Custom projects and commissions require approval of concepts before production. Major revisions post-approval may incur additional charges. The timeline and delivery estimates are approximate unless otherwise confirmed.

9. Taxes & International Orders

Buyers are responsible for all applicable local/state sales taxes and any international customs duties or VAT.

10. Legal Framework

All terms are governed by New York State law. By completing a purchase, you affirm that you’ve reviewed and agree to these policies.
